Singapore Clay Festival 2023

Step into a world where creativity knows no bounds as we invite you to join us for a truly immersive celebration of the versatile and fascinating world of clay. From art enthusiasts to those curious about ceramics, our event has something for everyone. Set against the backdrop of the brand-new Artspace @ Helutrans, this four-day extravaganza, taking place from November 2 to November 5, 2023, promises to be a clay-lover’s paradise.

One of the highlights of this event is the Clay Makers’ Market, a bustling marketplace featuring the works of 99 exhibitors who collectively represent more than 200 immensely talented clay artisans. This is your chance to explore and acquire unique, handcrafted ceramics and pottery, each piece telling a story of artistry and craftsmanship. Whether you’re looking for functional pottery or exquisite decorative pieces, you’re sure to find something that resonates with you.

Additionally, our curated Shaping Clay exhibition offers a glimpse into the artistic expressions of clay through a curated selection of artworks. It’s an opportunity to witness the beauty and versatility of clay as a medium for artistic expression.

For those eager to get their hands in the clay, our engaging masterclasses and workshops provide the perfect opportunity to learn from experts in the field. These sessions offer a hands-on experience, allowing you to mold, shape, and create your very own ceramic masterpiece.

But that’s not all; the event also features “RED – Works from Singapore Clay,” an exhibition showcasing the exceptional talent of local clay artists. It’s a chance to appreciate the unique perspectives and creativity of Singapore’s clay-making community.

In essence, this event is a rare opportunity to connect with fellow clay enthusiasts, artists, and artisans, all while indulging in the joy of ceramics shopping. Whether you’re a seasoned collector or just starting your journey into the world of clay, this immersive celebration promises to be an unforgettable experience, celebrating the art, craft, and community that surrounds this timeless medium. Join us and be a part of this exciting exploration of clay in all its forms.
