japan-food-2023-singapore

Food Japan 2023 is a three-day event and exhibition is an all-encompassing showcase of food, drinks and related equipment and machinery from all over Japan. Food Japan 2023 (trade show) is launched to showcase the beauty and versatility of Japanese produce that can be incorporated into many types of cuisines. By celebrating the intricacies of Japanese cuisine, Food Japan aims to promote the rich heritage, culture and wide array of agricultural produce that Japan has to offer. The show caters to F&B professionals, chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers, importers and distributors, retailers as well as new business owners and investors in the food business. Food Japan 2023 is going to be held from 11- 13 Oct 2023 at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, Singapore, Singapore.

The expo features an abundance of products ranging from the finest meats, seafood, condiments, confectionaries and drinks to kitchenware, food preparation machinery and more. One of the key highlights is the introduction of Japan’s distilled spirits like whiskey, brandy and vodka – Honkaku Shochu & Awamori into the market. While many are familiar with sake, one of the most iconic elements of Japanese dining that most are not acquainted with, are the national alcoholic spirits. This year, the exhibition also reaches out to a wider range of ancillary products and services in the industry such as food packaging innovations and technology that improves productivity.
