4th Mental Health Film Festival Singapore: Present, Continuous
The Mental Health Film Festival Singapore, unfolding this November at Leisure Park Kallang and The Projector, champions the theme “Present, Continuous”, urging participants to reconnect with themselves in our fast-paced post-pandemic world. This cinematic rendezvous weaves together a showcase of 7 international cinematic gems, 20 poignant short films by passionate Singaporean youths, and invaluable contributions from over 20 renowned mental health and social service agencies. Echoing the festival’s theme, these carefully curated films and workshops challenge us to remain present, recalibrate our constantly distracted minds, and embrace the continuous journey of mindfulness and healing. Beyond watching the films, attendees will have the opportunity for introspection and learning, all while celebrating the transformative power of film.
