3. Mandarin Oriental Singapore: Melt Café 

 Melt Café lets you “dine around the world without leaving Singapore” with its extensive buffet presentations made of abundant international dishes.

5. The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore: Colony

The buffets at Colony are served by seven different culinary stations preparing various dishes, from Chinese to European styles. You get to savour your choice of meals at an elegant colonial dining room inspired by the voyages of the British to the East Indies.
